About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of Corporate Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented Corporate Account Executives who focus on new logo acquisition. This team manages the full sales cycle for the mid market segment

This role is remote with the exception of being in the office one day a week for team building, unity, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Frontline manager for a team of 6-10 Corporate Account Executives

• Coach reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices

• Forecast accurately to management

• Work with internal teams to grow the team’s pipeline and increase close rates

• Recruit and train new Corporate Account Executives

• Meet with customers and prospects to understand their security needs and how •

• CrowdStrike may be able to stop them from being breached

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of Sales experience generating net new business for a technology company, preferably in Saas and/or Security

• 1+ years of front line sales management with history of meeting/exceeding quota and performance expectations

• Experience with Salesforce reporting

• Track record of leading a successful team

• Experience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environment

• Channel Sales experience

• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $74,000 - $115,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
