Description
We are looking for an experienced Treasury & Fund Operations Senior Manager to join our team in Bangkok. This role sits at the intersection of fund management, banking operations, and cross-border settlement, and will play a key part in strengthening our financial operations across the region. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in treasury operations, a hands-on approach to process improvement, and the leadership capability to manage and develop a local team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end bank account management, including account opening/closing, signatory management, and ongoing maintenance across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage fund reconciliation and clearing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all fund movements
- Monitor and manage liquidity positions, ensuring sufficient funding availability across accounts and entities
- Handle international fund settlement and cross-border payment operations, including foreign exchange settlements and related accounting entries
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to resolve fund settlement issues, handle banking matters, and maintain strong institutional relationships
- Identify opportunities for system automation and process optimization to drive operational efficiency and reduce manual workload
- Partner with internal teams including Accounting, Risk, and Compliance to ensure alignment on fund flows and operational controls
- Lead and develop a local operations team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and building team capability over time
- Support regulatory reporting and safeguarding requirements where applicable
