Description
We’re looking for a Landscape Architect to apply diversified knowledge of planning and landscape architecture principles and practices. Help out with the production of design graphics, using CAD, for construction documents, work together with internal and external clients on the landscape design for projects in mixed-use, residential, commercial and high-end residential projects. You will help prepare project drawings, exhibits, and calculations with other engineers, designers and technicians, and make sure project sites are being completed in a timely manager and are meeting customers satisfaction.
What you will do as a Landscape Architect:
- Prepare designs, site layouts
- Prepares as-built CAD drawings for clients
- Research site data through various sources
- Create drawings and presentations
- Design projects with AutoCAD or other 3D modeling software
- Provide estimates on cost per project
- additional tasks as required
What you will need as a Landscape Architect:
- Landscape Architecture Design experience
- Producing construction documentation
- 2D/3D CAD, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, InDesign, Illustrator
- Licensed Landscape Architect preferred but not required immediately
- Microsoft Office Suite
