Role Summary:

Responsible for managing building systems and technical operations, ensuring reliability, safety, compliance, and operational efficiency of all critical facility infrastructure.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Only Engineering Background).
• 6-8 years of experience in Facility Management or Technical Operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, UPS, DG, fire & life safety, plumbing and BMS systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and vendor management.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, safety standards and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of all building technical systems.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed as per schedule.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, UPS, DG, fire safety, plumbing and critical infrastructure performance.
• Manage technical service vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support facility audits, inspections and statutory compliance requirements.
• Drive energy optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
• Respond to technical incidents, emergencies and business continuity requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, maintenance records and reports.

Key Deliverables

• 99%+ uptime of critical facility infrastructure.
• Zero major technical disruptions impacting business operations.
• Compliance with all safety, statutory and audit requirements.
• Preventive maintenance completion as per established schedules.
• Timely closure of technical issues and service requests.
• Achievement of energy efficiency and cost optimization targets.
• Effective vendor performance against defined SLAs and KPIs.
