Location: Lubbock, TX
Salary: $75,000–$102,000 annually
Are you a quality professional who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, solving problems, coaching teams, and improving processes? Join Purina Animal Nutrition as a Quality Supervisor and help ensure we produce safe, high-quality animal feed every day.
What You’ll Do
Support and maintain site quality programs and the Quality Management System (QMS).
Coach and train production employees on quality standards, HACCP, regulatory requirements, and procedures.
Partner with Production and Operations to identify and resolve quality issues.
Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
Help implement updated policies and procedures as regulations change.
Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities to improve processes.
Support investigations and resolution of customer complaints.
Build a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 1+ year of progressive QA experience in food, feed, agriculture, manufacturing, or a related science field; or qualifying Land O’Lakes rotational program experience.
Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and integrity.
Preferred: 2+ years of QA experience in food/feed manufacturing, supervisory or regulatory experience, and knowledge of FDA requirements, HACCP, and quality management systems.
