Overview

We are hiring an Account Manager to join our OneMars team (Mars UK, Gum & Fruity), partnering with some of the world’s most recognisable snacking brands. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape impactful campaigns while working across media, data, creativity and commerce. Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their goals and shaping account direction
• Lead the delivery of high-quality media campaigns from brief to execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (including activation and influencer specialists) to deliver integrated work
• Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance using data, insights and broader agency capabilities
• Manage timelines and priorities to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
• Oversee financial tracking, reporting and overall account health
• Support and develop an Account Executive, providing clear guidance and feedback

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client servicing within a media agency environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and clients
• Confidence presenting ideas and translating data into clear, actionable insights
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
• A thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to challenges and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with media tools and platforms, with an understanding of campaign performance measurement
