You'll work alongside preconstruction, operations, sales, and field leadership to develop competitive bids that help shape major commercial and industrial water projects from concept through handoff.

What You'll Be Doing
- Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and bid documents.
- Perform accurate material, labor, and equipment takeoffs.
- Prepare detailed estimates and complete bid tabulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, sales, and field teams to develop winning proposals.
- Identify scope gaps, exclusions, clarifications, and project risks.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
- Participate in site walks as needed.
- Develop value engineering ideas that improve project competitiveness.
- Assemble complete bid packages and supporting documentation.
- Support project turnover to Operations after award.
- Maintain organized estimating files, cost databases, and pricing information.
- Help continuously improve estimating processes and best practices.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of estimating experience in construction or a related industry.
- Experience preparing detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with commercial, industrial, mechanical, or water infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000-$125,000 depending on experience
