We are looking for a commercially strong partner and analytically focused with a proven high level of executional excellence. This role sits at Senior Manager level reporting directly into the Country Manager, Iberia based out of our commercial Business Unit (BU) in Madrid and is a permanent contract.
This person will be fundamental in building, deploying, and driving our commercial go-to-market strategy, have brilliant partner management and with the use of data partner across the BU to impact ROI for the Iberian region.

Core Responsibilities
Deploy full scope of commercial activities and responsibilities ranging from Year -1 commercial planning, in-year performance management, customer business planning, portfolio deployment, and revenue management, as well as cross-channel/ planning and execution and sales tools deployment.
Collaborate with the General Manager on the BU commercial agenda, acting as trusted partner for commercial topics and offering input and insights leveraging Regional Commercial Development (RCD) subject matter expertise and best practices from across the Western Europe Market Group or globally.
Ensure regional directions are executed at local level, bringing the full RCD agenda and expertise to the BU.
Partner with RCD on commercial topics such as channel performance course correction, BU ICP, portfolio deployment, rare items strategy, revenue management components in the BU, etc.).

The Western Europe (WE) Region is the largest Market Group within The LEGO Group and covers sixteen countries. The successful candidate will be part of the Iberian BU leadership and an active contributor to the WE RCD community.
To unlock the full commercial potential, this person will help drive the strategic agenda delivering both global and regional commercial agendas within Iberia in what is a pivotal role that balances both short-and long-term priorities in dialogue with commercial leadership as well as the wider team.
Do you have what it takes?
A demonstratable record of strong performance in operational commercial roles (e.g., Key Account Management) in an omni-channel environment
Solid expertise in setting up sales processes and governance practices in an international consumer good company.
Strong commercial acumen, ability to build and interpret financial frameworks, models, and scenarios to guide commercial investment decisions.
Excellent partner collaborative management internally across functions (both in-market and regionally), and externally into retailers driving complex dialogue and projects.
Strategically strong with a pragmatic approach to wider business challenges and ability to thrive when faced with ambiguity.
In-depth analytical skills that drive engaging dialogue, turning insights into actions.
Resilience, creativity, and change management with a proactive approach to proposing and implementing innovative ways to grow and unlock opportunities that overcome challenges.
Strong business proficiency in English both written and spoken as well as fluent in Spanish.
Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office per week, 2 days from home.
