About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for IT Systems Support Analyst - SAP Security. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Deliver SAP Security product line priorities, enhancements, and compliance-related work within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Analyze and support SAP Security incidents, service requests, authorization issues, and access-related inquiries.
Design, maintain, and improve SAP Security roles, access controls, workflows, and processes aligned with security, SOD, audit, and compliance requirements.
Support testing, automation, release readiness, and secure movement of changes from test environments to production.
Build business domain knowledge to identify process, automation, and AI improvements that reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and improve workflow consistency.
Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, business stakeholders, audit teams, and technical partners using Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of SAP Security experience across S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, BTP, SAP HANA Database, SAP Identity Management, and BODS.
Strong knowledge of SAP access control design, role management, authorization concepts, and access lifecycle processes.
Experience with ERP security architecture, SAP GRC administration (ARA, ARQ, EAM, BRM, Process Control), SOD, mitigating controls, ruleset maintenance, and audit/compliance management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, design, implementation, and technical troubleshooting skills.
Advanced written and verbal English communication skills, with strong customer focus, presentation skills, and results orientation.
