Description
Wells Fargo is seeking a Regional Services Manager (Business Execution Manager) within Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL). This Regional Services Manager (RSM) position manages and leads 9 Regional Services Consultants across two Regions within the Mountain Division, supporting 10 Districts/112 Branches in Colorado; 9 Districts/117 Branches in Wash/Ore/Nevada.

In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
- Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
- Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Wells Fargo systems and organizational structure.
- Knowledge of Regional Services and Branch Banking operations.
- Ability to manage remote teams and navigate matrixed environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with risk management, change management, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated experience providing risk‑aligned oversight, consultation, and guidance within a complex, regulated environment
- Strong understanding of operational risk, compliance risk, and control environments, with the ability to translate risk insights into practical business actions
- Proven ability to conduct business and risk reviews that drive accountability, improvement, and measurable outcomes
- Experience leading or influencing cross‑functional partners, leaders, and teams through consultative engagement
- Strong consultative leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority and build trust at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and upskill others, strengthening risk acumen and consultative capability
- Consistent execution of disciplined routines, early escalation, and root‑cause problem solving
- Ability to balance growth enablement with risk discipline, ensuring the business grows the right way
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to travel up to 65% of the time.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position. 100% Remote work location is available for this position within the Colorado region.

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
