About Our Family
We're a busy, active family of four. Our two school-age boys bring energy, curiosity, and fun to our home, and caring for the property is an important part of our day-to-day life. Both parents work together leading a mission-driven organization, dividing our time between a nearby office and working from home.
We're seeking a Household Manager because we believe a well-run home creates the foundation for a thriving family. As our professional and personal responsibilities continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day household operations, helping everything run efficiently behind the scenes. This role is an investment in our family's quality of life—creating more time for us to be present with our children, enjoy our home, and focus on what matters most, knowing the details of household management are being handled with care, warmth and professionalism.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For
This role is about much more than checking tasks off a list. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our home—keeping household projects moving, managing schedules and appointments, maintaining organization, coordinating errands, meal prep, and handling the countless details that keep family life running smoothly. You'll have the autonomy to build systems, improve processes, and create a home environment that feels calm, organized, and well cared for.
We're looking for someone who notices what needs to be done before they're asked, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in creating order behind the scenes. In return, you'll work with a family that values kindness, trust, open communication, and the expertise you bring. We see this as a true partnership and are excited to welcome someone who will become an integral part of our home, giving us the freedom to spend less time managing logistics and more time enjoying time together as a family.
