About Our Family
We are the kind of family whose kitchen is the heart of the home. Between work calls, school pickup, after-school activities, travel, and two energetic dogs always underfoot, there's almost always something happening. We laugh often, enjoy spending time together, and genuinely love our home—we just need someone who enjoys bringing order to the beautiful chaos that comes with a full family life.
Both of us work in executive leadership roles, we are in office and work from home, with periodic travel throughout the year. We've built an incredible support system, including a nanny who has been part of our family for the past four years, as well as cleaning and gardening services. What we're missing is someone who loves being the steady force behind the scenes—the person who notices the refrigerator needs restocking before anyone else does, keeps family calendars and household projects moving forward, prepares healthy meals that make busy weeks easier, and creates systems that allow everything to run just a little more smoothly. You'll become a true partner to our family and work collaboratively with the rest of our household team.
We're drawn to people who take genuine pride in creating a home that feels calm, welcoming, and well cared for. We value someone who communicates directly, takes initiative without waiting to be asked, enjoys solving problems, and finds satisfaction in making everyday life easier for others. If you're someone who loves anticipating needs, appreciates a beautifully organized pantry as much as a smoothly coordinated week, and wants to build a long-term relationship with a family who will truly value your contributions, we'd love to meet you.
Who You Are
You are Type A through and through—organized, proactive, and someone who genuinely gets satisfaction from bringing structure to a home. You love creating systems where they’re needed, making spaces both beautiful and functional, and finding simple ways to make everyday life run more smoothly. Meal prep is something you truly enjoy, and there’s real fulfillment in knowing your work helps a family become the best version of themselves. You communicate clearly and directly, take initiative without being asked twice, and are highly coachable when it comes to learning a family’s unique preferences.
You are looking for more than just your next position—you are looking for a long-term relationship with a wonderful family. You genuinely enjoy being surrounded by a curious, energetic kiddo and appreciate working alongside warm, professional parents who value partnership and communication. No two days being the same excites you, and you thrive in an environment where you can anticipate needs, solve problems, and create calm amidst the beautiful chaos of family life. You are tech-savvy, resourceful, and collaborate seamlessly with nannies, housekeepers, and household vendors to keep everything running effortlessly.
You have a natural affinity for both children and dogs, and being a dog lover is an absolute must for this role. You are dependable, thoughtful, and take pride in the details others often overlook. You communicate with clarity, stay one step ahead, and find genuine satisfaction in creating a home that feels organized, welcoming, and well cared for. Above all, you’re excited to invest in a family for the long haul and become a trusted, invaluable part of their everyday life.
