Your future team
You will join our Data Science & Engineering Team, a group of 12 skilled professionals including the Team Leader. The team combines strong expertise in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning, and is structured into several project-focused sub-teams supporting various business areas across the organization.
As part of our growing BI capability, you will collaborate closely with colleagues located in both Poland and Malaysia. Together, you will be responsible for building modern reporting and visualization solutions that support business decision-making across global functions.
What you will be doing
Are you ready to take ownership of shaping and expanding our Business Intelligence landscape? We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Developer who will become one of the key experts driving the evolution of our BI environment and strengthening our reporting and analytics capabilities across the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Power BI solutions, transforming complex data into meaningful insights and intuitive visualizations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, propose optimal solutions, and deliver high-quality dashboards that provide real business value.
This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape our Business Intelligence capability, influencing how reporting, data visualization, governance, and self-service analytics are delivered across the organization.
As one of the key experts in this area, you will have a significant impact on defining standards, best practices, and the future direction of our BI environment. Your expertise will also be essential in managing and optimizing Power BI administration, including Premium Capacity management and governance activities.
We are looking for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business understanding, can work independently, and is passionate about delivering impactful analytics solutions.
We work in Kanban, and we use Jira to organize and manage our projects.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development and analytics
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end reporting and visualization solutions
- Ability to gather requirements and work independently with business stakeholders
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions
- Ability to propose solutions and solve complex challenges independently
- Experience working in international teams
- Ability to work in Scrum or Kanban using Jira
- Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level, spoken and written
Technical skills:
Must-have
- Power BI development
- Strong understanding of different concepts of serving and modeling data in Power BI
- Power BI administration, including Premium Capacity management
- Data visualization and dashboard design best practices
- Git (preferred: GitHub)
Big advantage
- Domain knowledge in one of the following areas: Sales, Marketing, or Finance
- Knowledge of CRM systems and related data structures (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
- SQL
- Data modeling skills (star schema, snowflake schema, data vault, etc.)
