The Sr Ops/Maint Manager  is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all facility maintenance operations across a country's portfolio of commercial real estate properties.
This  position drives strategic maintenance initiatives, ensures operational excellence, and manages large-scale facility maintenance programs while maintaining compliance with national regulations and corporate standards.

This role is critical for driving operational excellence, innovation, and strategic growth in facility maintenance operations while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction across the country's commercial real estate portfolio.
