Job Description:

· Realiseren van de geplande productie volgens door de semi-autonome taakgroep afgesproken werkverdeling. Productie geschied conform de geldende werkinstructies, GMP-, accountability- en tracebility richtlijnen op werkzaamheden in alle bewerkingstadia

· Mede zorgdragen voor aanwezigheid van benodigde hulpmiddelen/gereedschappen, materialen in alle bewerkingsstadia in juiste hoeveelheden

· Zorgen voor opslag en beheer van te gebruiken hulpmiddelen. Verrichten van 1e lijnsonderhoud aan apparatuur en verhelpen van kleinere storingen volgens werkvoorschrift; melden van grotere storingen bij de technische dienst

· Relevante productiegegevens bijhouden in computersysteem (ERP)

· Bijhouden van productiegegevens (kwaliteit, kwantiteit en technische staat) volgens geldende werkvoorschriften. Invullen van traceability-formulieren met relevante productiegegevens, afkeur e.d. Het rapporteren van non-conformancies

· Controleren in alle bewerkingsstadia, van lenzen op beschadigingen/onregelmatigheden, conform werkvoorschriften. Goed- en afkeuren van lenzen, bij twijfel overleggen met collega’s of escalatie naar productieteam

· Het leveren van een bijdrage aan het testen en invoeren van nieuwe producten, processen en procesverbeteringen

· Uitvoeren van trainingen voor nieuw en bestaand personeel op basis van voorgeschreven kwalificatieprotocollen

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€34 200,00 - €50 600,00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
