Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end solution design of Oracle Cloud Procurement for Hospital/Health System clients.
- Hands-on execution of all phases of an Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle - Design, Configure, Validate, Deploy, Support.
- Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
- Partner with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
- At least 2 years of related experience with cloud implementations.
- Implementation/configuration experience with the following Oracle Cloud modules: Sourcing, Self-service requisitioning, Purchasing, Supplier Portal & Qualification Management, Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Hospitals and Health Systems.
- Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams.
- Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision.
- A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams.
The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $145,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
