Global Program Manager

About the Role

As a Global Program Manager for our Services Partner Program, you'll be at the heart of that mission — owning, evolving, and scaling a program that's already making an impact. This isn't a build-from-scratch role. It's a sharpen, elevate, and accelerate role.

You'll sit within Zoom's Global Partner Program team and work alongside a dynamic cross-functional group spanning channel account management, channel sales engineering, channel operations, and professional services. What You'll Do

• Own and evolve Zoom's Services Partner Program — driving strategic updates that keep it competitive, relevant, and scalable.
• Identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities within the current program and implement meaningful improvements.
• Partner with global enablement teams to ensure Zoom Channel Teams and Partners are fully equipped to leverage the program effectively.
• Maintain deep, ongoing engagement with Zoom Partners to stay connected to their business needs and surface insights that shape program direction.
• Manage partner issues and escalations end-to-end — owning corrective action plans and driving them through to resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Channel Sales Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR, and Compliance to support program execution and governance.
• Develop and maintain executive-ready reporting, insights, and program recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
• Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs that reflect program health, partner performance, and overall business impact.

What We're Looking For

• 6–10+ years of experience working for or with Partners in a channel or alliance capacity.
• 3+ years of experience building or managing partner programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to influence and drive change across functional and business boundaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with tactful diplomacy in complexstakeholder environments.
• Strong financial and operational acumen — you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience building or owning a Partner Services Program.
• Background in Professional Services sales, consulting, or delivery.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$126,500.00

Maximum:

$276,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
