Summary
Play a key role in supporting executive productivity by coordinating travel, managing expenses, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and providing high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for SVP and VP leaders, including airfare, hotels, ground transportation, and itinerary management.
- Manage executive expense reporting, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and compliance with company policies.
- Proactively support travel-related changes, resolve issues, and provide a seamless experience for executives before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain organized records, monitor outstanding actions, and ensure timely completion of travel and expense activities.
- Complete special projects including researching, collecting information and reporting findings.
Qualifications
Required
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
