Job Description
As a Transportation Security Officer: Airport Patrol Customer Support in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government airport location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to travelers, visitors, and staff. You will communicate professionally, report observations, and support a welcoming environment while embodying Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values through teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, and airport personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established airport and governmental procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of airport facilities, terminals, public areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
