What You'll Do
The main function of an executive assistant is to support department members, taking responsibility for all clerical, administrative, business detailed duties. Key responsibilties include but are not limited to: Answering and screening manager's telephone calls, arranging conference calls, coordinating the manager's schedule, meetings and travel arrangements. The executive assistant will also serve as Oracle contract site administrator. Manage and track project requests through collaboration with department directors. Oversee contract management process including, but not limited to, contract initiation, management, and renewal. Handle and oversee local check request process for FA vendors, providers, med staff, leadership, etc. Other duties assigned as needed.
