Overview
The People Business Partner Sr. Manager will provide leadership and functional HR support to the Rockies Market within the PBUS West Region.
As the People Business Partner Sr. Manager for the PBUS Rockies Market, you will play a significant role in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with business goals, collaborating with business leaders to drive desired outcomes for both the organization and its people.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR Programs: Lead and implement key HR initiatives, ensuring consistent application of company policies, benefits, and pay practices across the site.
- Drive Organizational Solutions: Identify opportunities for organizational improvement, developing actionable solutions to enhance performance and workplace culture.
- Establish Leadership Influence: Establish credibility and influence as a trusted HR leader within the market leadership team. Work closely with leaders to ensure HR strategies are integrated into broader business goals and objectives, influencing key decisions, and driving results.
- Develop High-Performing Leadership Teams: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and maintain high-performing leadership teams. Create an environment with clear performance management systems, where employees are empowered to excel, and leaders foster growth and engagement.
- Enhance Workplace Culture & Engagement: Support the development of strategies to improve employee engagement, well-being, and culture, aligned with PepsiCo’s core values. Lead efforts for Diversity & Inclusion within the site and across the region.
- Leadership & Development of HR Team: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR generalists, ensuring they have the necessary tools, guidance, and support to execute HR strategies effectively. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the HR team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or HR Management is preferred.
- Experience: 6-10 years of HR experience, with significant experience in a generalist or HR business partner role. Expertise in core areas of HR, including staffing, performance management, employee relations, and leadership development. Experience in manufacturing, sales, or related industries is preferred.

- Project Management & Process Improvement: Solid experience in managing change and executing complex projects. Strong understanding of HR processes and continuous improvement, ensuring HR solutions are both effective and efficient across the organization.
- Leadership: Strong executive presence, capable of influencing and collaborating with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Adept at coaching and developing leaders and supporting change management initiatives to support business transformations.
