As a Security Officer Lobby Reception in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Using computer or tablet systems, you will support a professional, secure environment while helping to address security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence at a logistics and distribution location, greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Manage visitor access by verifying identification, following site entry procedures, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, incoming communications, and security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
