How will you make an impact?
As Oracle Cloud PLM System Analyst, you will provide technical expertise to build effective and scalable PLM solutions, aligning with Thermo Fisher Scientifics standards & strategic objectives.
What will you do?
As a Oracle Cloud PLM System Analyst, you would be responsible to support the validated and non-validated production systems by resolving access, incident and change requests in timely way and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Oracle Cloud PLM Developer, Administrator, or Fundamentals certification is preferred.
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and developing Agile PLM and Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM modules, including Product Development, Product Data Hub (PDH), and Innovation Management.
- Proven experience delivering 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud PLM implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Composer, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong understanding of validated systems and regulatory compliance, including 21 CFR Part 11.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing PLM and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
- Functional expertise in PLM processes, including Part Management, Document Management, CAD Management, and Change Management.
- Knowledge of life sciences regulatory requirements, including Design History File (DHF) and Device Master Record (DMR) management, is an added advantage.
- Experience integrating Oracle Cloud PLM with enterprise applications such as JD Edwards (JDE), SAP ERP, SAP Hybris, Business Intelligence platforms, and other downstream systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud PLM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud PLM implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, quality, and schedule.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution designs, and recommend best practices.
- Oversee integrations between Oracle Cloud PLM and enterprise applications, including ERP, BI, and third-party systems.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Communicate project status, milestones, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Take full ownership of project deliverables, resource planning, budget management, timelines, and overall project governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful project execution.
- Apply project governance and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and foster collaboration across business and IT teams.
- Conduct project closure activities, including documentation and communication of lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Mentor team members and provide technical and functional guidance on Oracle Cloud PLM best practices.
