Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior System Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. You will bridge business stakeholders, project leadership, architects, and delivery teams for a large-scale digital integration program. You will translate business, operational, and regulatory needs into clear functional and technical requirements across integration services, event streaming, the developer portal, reporting, and operations. You will also coordinate interface requirements with the AI engineering workstream, while AI model design, development, and training remain outside this role. The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker with excellent English fluency and strong command of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Engineering: Lead discovery with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and trace functional and non-functional requirements for the non-AI project scope.
System Analysis & Documentation: Produce BRDs, SRS, functional and technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, interface requirements, data mappings, and analysis documents for integration services and event topics.
Process & Integration Modelling: Document current- and future-state processes, gap analyses, workflows, sequence diagrams, system interactions, APIs, integration mappings, and data flows.
Requirements Lifecycle & Governance: Maintain traceability, backlog readiness, change requests, priorities, dependencies, and alignment with security, data, service-level, and technical governance requirements.
Validation & Acceptance Support: Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios; collaborate with QA on integration, performance, and UAT activities; and verify delivered services against approved requirements.
Cross-Functional Delivery & AI Coordination: Work with integration, portal, event-streaming, operations, cybersecurity, data-governance, and AI teams; define AI-related interfaces and data requirements without owning AI model design, development, or training; and support handover and knowledge transfer.
