Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out,
audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.
Job Description
- Assist in the development of quality management systems throughout the company
- Oversee and engage Calibration database maintaining external calibration processes of test and measurement equipment.
- Assess and evaluate data related to inspection, test and reliability reporting.
- Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports required by internal and external customers meeting strict deadlines.
- Perform failure analyses, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
- Conduct process audits for ISO 9001:2015 and EMS 14001 standards
- Updating and maintaining documents related to management systems
- Support internal and external audits conducted onsite, as needed to meet regulatory and standards requirements.
- Work with various internal and global partners within Production, Engineering, Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, Program Management and Procurement to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop proactive solutions and ensure effective and timely closure of audit findings.
- Perform additional assessment and analysis as assigned.
Qualifications
- College degree, or relevant discipline plus 3 years of experience including a combination of 2+ years in manufacturing, 3+ years in quality control, leadership and/or equivalent combination of experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business procedures, technical processes, and regulatory standards.
- Working advance knowledge of MS Office programs; Word, PowerPoint and advance excel experience required.
- Hands on experience with quality management systems, ISO QMS/EMS auditing or training preferred
- Established ability prioritizing and managing multiple projects to meet strict deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high volume, and diverse environment across functions to produce expected results.
- Able to work as business needs require which may include long days, occasional evenings
