Job Description:
The Project Manager in Quality Control assesses building conditions, identifies risks, and proposes efficiency measures. Responsibilities include reviewing service agreements, managing fire safety and OHS inspections, and preparing budgets. The role also involves documenting findings, recommending corrections, and supporting audits.- Preparation and coordination of OPEX/LLOPEX budgets
- Preparing documentation and initiating tender processes
- Proposing measures to improve building utilization efficiency
- Collaborating on the management of fire safety and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) agendas within the company
- Participating in drafting updates to service and lease agreements
- Reviewing new contracts and amendments for assigned projects
- Updating service schedules
- Collaborating with responsible Property Managers (PMs) to prepare service schedules for clients
- Reviewing lease agreements and preparing documentation for management
- Leading independent projects assigned by a supervisor
- Collaborating on projects assigned by a supervisor
- Preparing agendas and minutes for Senior Property Meetings
- Monitoring the ongoing resolution of internal action items within the Property Department
- Collaborating on the handover and return of new and refurbished buildings/units
- Implementing standardized processes across the portfolio
- Proposing systemic changes and processes to unify tasks and activities across the organization
- Managing the practical implementation of changes
- Coordinating activities across the Czech portfolio
- Developing the CAFM/FM platform (Singu FM) – configuring data and processes, and providing methodological support to users
- Implementing smart metering for energy readings and utility re-invoicing to clients, aiming to eliminate manual readings
- Establishing and providing methodological guidance for centralized re-invoicing in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), including training and support for PMs
- Digitizing handover and inspection processes (e.g., PlanRadar) and centralizing operational and technical documentation Works with data—standardizes inputs, generates reports, and utilizes systems for decision-making and the unification of activities.
