Senior Manager Marketing

We are looking for a Senior Manager Marketing to direct our activities in Israel. The job will translate global objectives into impactful strategies for the local market. It will foster demand and support partners in Israel’s expanding AI ecosystem.

What you'll be doing:

• Set the vision, strategy, and operational plan for Israel marketing. Collaborate and align with the Israeli leadership team, HQ and EMEA regional marketing, sales, communications, developer relations, startup program, HR and partner teams to complete the plan.

• Develop joint GTM plans with ecosystem, cloud, and channel partners using centrally provided messaging and programs.

• Amplify global NVIDIA moments and celebrate local success—including GTC, product launches, and campaigns.

• Work with the Israeli team and EMEA Partner Marketing team to agree on OEM, CSP, and GSI plans for Israel.

• Deliver coordinated campaigns across digital, content, events, developer programs, and partner channels to convert awareness into engagement, and drive demand and platform adoption.

What we need to see:

• 10+ years of background in B2B technology marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience); MBA preferred

• Proven ability to prioritize and turn business goals into effective marketing strategies.

• Solid understanding of the local environment, including target audiences, key organizations, communities, and market engagement opportunities.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with startups, scale-ups, and VCs.

• Extensive background in managing coordinated campaign marketing across demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, events, content creation, developer marketing, and partner marketing.

• Successful track record building joint GTM plans and generating demand with technology, cloud, and channel partners.

• Strong knowledge of AI and technology.

• Skilled at influencing various teams without direct authority.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and complete multiple initiatives simultaneously with internal and external collaborators. Good judgment in deciding when and who to involve.

• Strong executive communication and data-informed decision making.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Skilled in directing country, regional, or complex multi-department marketing programs within a worldwide organization.

• Established record of coordinating marketing with sales, channel partners, market development, and business aims.

• Understanding of the Israel startup and VC scene and partnering with them on joint campaigns and activities.

• Experience in AI, enterprise technology, cloud, and infrastructure.

• Success in ecosystem/developer marketing and partner-managed or indirect sales frameworks.
