To strengthen and continuously improve these interactions, NKG Digital Operations is building and evolving a portfolio of digital products that support customer engagement, account management, collaboration, and document-driven processes across the group.
To permanently own and grow this value stream, we are looking for an experienced
Product Manager Customer & Commercials (f/m/d).
As Product Manager Customer & Commercials, you are responsible for shaping and driving NKG’s digital solutions for customer, supplier, and partner management. Working closely with business stakeholders and development teams, you define product strategies, deliver measurable business value, and ensure successful adoption across the group.
Your current product portfolio includes:

As the Customer & Commercials value stream evolves, your portfolio will continue to grow and offer exciting opportunities to drive digital transformation across NKG.
Your responsibilities
Own the Customer & Commercials Value Stream: Take end-to-end ownership of the Customer & Commercials product portfolio, including vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, business value realization, and adoption.
Develop and Drive Product Strategy: Work with stakeholders across NKG companies to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and translate strategic objectives into product initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Evolve the Product Portfolio: Continuously improve and expand existing products such as CRM, Customer Portal, and DocuWare based on user feedback, usage insights, and business priorities.
Drive Customer Portal Development: Shape the future of the NKG Customer Portal as a central digital touchpoint for customers by defining priorities, managing requirements, and ensuring delivery of valuable capabilities.
Grow CRM Capabilities Across the Group: Further develop NKG's CRM platform and support the continued rollout across subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with local business needs while maintaining a scalable global product vision.
Improve Document-Centric Processes: Drive the evolution of DocuWare and related business processes to improve efficiency, transparency, compliance, and user experience across customer- and supplier-facing workflows.
Manage Stakeholders: Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams. Facilitate alignment, manage expectations, and ensure priorities are clearly communicated and understood.
Own and Prioritize the Backlog: Maintain a transparent and prioritized product backlog, balancing business value, technical improvements, operational stability, and long-term strategic goals.
Drive Adoption and Change: Ensure that products are actively used and deliver measurable value by supporting rollout activities, communication, training, and organizational change initiatives.
Measure Impact and Continuously Improve: Define success metrics, monitor adoption and business outcomes, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve products and processes.
