## Tasks

• Maintain daily communication with manufacturers to ensure that orders are produced in accordance with technical specifications and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate prices, MOQs, lead times and payment terms
• Place and manage purchase orders
• Monitor production, quality and delivery timelines
• Inspect samples and finished products to verify compliance with technical drawings and customer requirements.
• Coordinate freight, imports and warehouse deliveries
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment
• Handle supplier issues, delays and claims
• Maintain product, supplier and purchasing data
• Ensure required certificates and compliance documents
• Continuously optimize purchasing and supply chain costs
• Ensure that quality standards are met at every stage of production.
• Identify potential production issues and develop effective solutions in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Anticipate potential delays and propose solutions to prevent production disruptions.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic production environment.
• Support the coordination of production and shipping processes to ensure compliance with customer delivery deadlines.
• Always put the company first. Always act in the best interest of your employer.

## Requirements

• At least > 4 years of supply chain experience in the packaging industry.
• Ability to visit production facilities on a daily basis for relationship nurturing, negotiations and actively monitor production processes on site.
• Residence within Istanbul, preferably on the European side.
• English language skills at a minimum B2/C1 level.
• Native-level proficiency in Turkish.
• Valid Class B driving licence and confidence in driving regularly with your own car.
• Willingness to undertake short business trips with overnight stays when required for production facility visits.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a detail-oriented approach to work.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
