Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with 7-10 years of experience to assess and modernize their enterprise data architecture and ecosystems. This role will evaluate current-state capabilities, identify gaps and dependencies, and develop strategic recommendations to enable AI and agentic solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current-state data architecture, platforms, data flows, metadata management, and integration capabilities
- Document data capabilities, gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across enterprise systems
- Analyze APIs, Master Data Management (MDM), data access controls, and cloud platform capabilities supporting AI use cases
- Define data and architecture requirements for AI and agentic AI solutions, including capability mapping and dependency analysis
- Develop future-state data architecture plans and modernization roadmaps with prioritized recommendations
- Translate complex business and technology requirements into clear, actionable data strategy and documentation
- Synthesize findings into executive-ready materials and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with data architects, AI teams, technology leaders, and business stakeholders throughout the engagement
Requirements
- 7-10 years of hands-on data analysis, data strategy, and enterprise data architecture experience
- Proven expertise in current-state assessments, data flows, data integration, APIs, and metadata management
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), cloud data platforms, and modern data architectures
- Demonstrated experience evaluating AI/GenAI requirements and designing solutions for AI enablement
- Excellent capability mapping, gap analysis, and dependency analysis skills
- Advanced requirements gathering and technical documentation capabilities
- Strong analytical, stakeholder communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment
