Job Description

• 市场调研与分析：分析市场需求和竞争态势，定期评估目标客户群的需求变化，为市场策略提供数据支持。
• 客户关系管理：建立并维护客户的专业关系。与临床医生、药剂师等专业人士保持密切沟通，了解他们的需求和反馈。
• 产品推广：通过拜访、学术讲座、研讨会等形式，向目标客户介绍和推广公司产品。根据客户需求，提供专业的产品信息和解决方案
• 临床支持与教育：提供产品的临床数据、研究资料及最新的医学进展信息。协助组织或参与学术会议、培训活动，提升客户对产品的认知和使用技能。
• 合规操作：严格遵守国家法律法规及公司内部规章制度，确保所有销售和市场推广活动合法合规。维护公司声誉，诚信经营，避免任何形式的商业贿赂行为。
• 持续学习与自我提升：关注行业动态，不断学习新的医疗知识和产品知识。提升个人沟通技巧、谈判能力和销售技巧，以适应不断变化的市场环境。
