Corporate Actions, Senior Associate
The Role
Team of six all with diverse backgrounds/experiences in Corporate Action related roles. High performing function which prides itself on providing strong outcomes for our downstream consumers and internal clients. A collaborative environment, perfect for a candidate to bring forward ideas, initiatives, and viewpoints. Looking to add an additional member to the team due to the increasing workload in wider business initiatives. Candidate will support BAU functions initially with potential to branch into further initiatives based on experience gained throughout role.
In this role you will
Manage the lifecycle of both Equity and Fixed Income Corporate Action events (validation of data scrubbing & event creation, reconciliation, instruction process, etc.)
Collaborate with our service teams, portfolio managers & internal/external parties on any Corporate Action related activity requests
Review current processes and procedures to enhance & add value to the way in which we currently operate
Other ad-hoc requirements/projects, as necessary
What it takes
Corporate Actions experience desired - Complex Corporate Action events that require strategic thinking and a passion for the work
Strong work ethic & outcome driven – A requirement when needed to go beyond the 9-5 to fulfil our daily deliverables.
Curious mindset – A desire to understand the investment lifecycle in which Corporate Action sits
Strong communication – Collaboration with our internal stakeholders as well as 3rd party vendors

This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
