DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
· Manage daily qualification and tracking of HOT and WARM sales leads within Salesforce and our lead tracking system
· Perform proactive lead follow-up through email and phone outreach.
· Convert leads into appropriate opportunity stages
· Monitor lead aging and ensure timely action on all assigned opportunities.
· Reassign incorrectly routed or stalled leads as required.
· Maintain zero overdue HOT leads within shared sales queues exceeding established response targets.
· Serve as a central point of coordination between Inside Sales and external Sales Representatives.
· Ensure sales reps update lead opportunity fields accurately and within required timelines.
· Monitor compliance with lead management procedures and escalation requirements.
· Escalate non-responsive or non-compliant lead activity to sales management when necessary.
· Support ongoing improvements to sales workflows, procedures, and reporting structures.
· Maintain accurate CRM data and opportunity tracking
· Develop and support dashboards, opportunity tracking tools, and reporting metrics
· Identify trends, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities
· Participate in monthly cadence calls and sales coordination meetings
· Collaborate with Sales Operations, Regional Sales Managers, and Product Teams to improve lead conversion effectiveness
· Assist with training and communication related to lead tracking system procedures and expectations.
· Support strategic growth initiatives and continuous improvement activities within the sales organization.
SKILLS:
· Experience with CRM and lead management systems required.
· Experience with LeadCentral, SAP, Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar platforms preferred.
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
· Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
· Strong organizational and follow-up skills
· High attention to detail
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
· Process-oriented mindset with focus on accountability
· Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple departments
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Education:
· Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering strongly preferred
· 4+ years relevant industry experience
· Advanced degrees / Experience is a plus
Prior Experience:
· Experience working with manufacturer representative networks and channel partners preferred.
· Experience managing sales pipelines, opportunity tracking, and customer follow-up processes
· Demonstrated experience working with OEMs and Key/Strategic Accounts, including long-term account development and
relationship management
· Strong background in technical application support and product selection within instrumentation (pressure, flow, level, analytical, etc.)
