## About this Role

We are seeking a delivery-focused professional responsible for leading medium to large, complex cross-functional business and technology initiatives. This role ensures end-to-end accountability across the project lifecycle, from initiation through execution and value realisation, while aligning outcomes with strategic objectives and measurable business benefits.

## What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional projects within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standardsDefine and manage project scope, schedules, financials, resources, and governance frameworksOwn financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and benefits trackingIdentify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to safeguard delivery outcomesMonitor project performance against agreed milestones and implement corrective actions as neededEstablish robust governance and transparent reporting aligned with regulatory and financial compliance standardsEngage and align senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and resolving conflictsLead cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring smooth transition into business-as-usual operations

## Who you are

• 7+ years of experience delivering medium to large projects independently.
• Domain exposure in telecommunications, digital transformation, or large-scale technology delivery environments.

Demonstrated expertise in portfolio alignment, benefits realisation, and financial governance

• Project planning, RAID and PMO discipline at scale

• Service transition, operational readiness and metrics
• Benefits tracking and value assurance

Preferred Tools & Certifications

• PMI PMP® PRINCE2® Practitioner; Agile Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) are desirable.
• Delivery tooling: MS Project, Jira, Planview, Clarity, or ServiceNow.
• Financial tracking reporting: SAP, Excel, Power BI or similar
