Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Manage recruitment operations from approved vacancy to offer, including candidate screening, interview coordination, assessments, reference checks, and accurate ATS records.
- Run smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment documents, probation milestones, system-access coordination, employee records, exit clearances, and final-pay inputs.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records, 201 files, leave data, attendance records, and payroll documentation.
- Administer timekeeping and payroll processes, validate payroll inputs, and resolve exceptions accurately and on time.
- Manage employee benefits, perks, and expense reimbursements in line with approved policies.
- Maintain Philippine employment-compliance records and deadlines; support employee-relations case preparation and Get-e’s engagement with DOLE when needed.
- Assist the PCO team in general administrative tasks and localize global PCO policies, document practical people processes, and identify improvements for the Manila hub.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of relevant HR or People Operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
- Practical knowledge of Philippine employment administration, statutory contributions, timekeeping, and payroll processes.
- Experience using an HRIS or ATS, spreadsheets, and structured operational reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information appropriately and communicate sensitive issues clearly.
- Strong written and spoken English, with experience working across teams or time zones.
- Experience with Personio, biometric attendance systems, or shift-based operations.
- Experience supporting employee-relations cases, DOLE processes, or labour-compliance audits.
- Experience in a shared-services, BPO, technology, travel, or multinational environment.
- Experience localizing global people policies for the Philippines.
Work Setup: Full onsite on 1st month (training), Hybrid eventually (3x onsite per week)
Work Schedule: day-shift (8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm)
