Description
We are seeking **two Senior Test & Verification Consultants** to join a newly established cross-functional test team within Surface Automation
## Tasks
**Role 1: System Testing & Verification**
- Develop and execute test cases based on requirements
- Review requirements for clarity and testability
- Perform verification across integration, system, and fleet testing levels
- Support quality assurance in complex system environments
**Role 2: Test Strategy & Quality Development**
- Define and improve test strategy and test coverage
- Identify test gaps, quality risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop methods, processes, and structures for long-term quality assurance
- Drive visibility and analysis of test coverage across products and systems
## Requirements
- Strong experience in software testing and verification
- Background working with complex systems and multi-level testing
- Experience in test design, execution, documentation, and quality assurance
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively
**Nice to Have**
- Test automation experience
- Knowledge of system-of-systems environments
- Experience with change management
