Team Member – Front of House

At Chick-fil-A Mills Civic, our Team Members are an important part of creating an exceptional experience for every guest. We are looking for Front of House Team Members who are available to work Saturdays consistently. Additional availability during the week is a plus and may provide opportunities for additional hours.

This position is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time position, a consistent Saturday schedule, or additional hours around school or other commitments.

While we welcome applicants of various ages, positions for Team Members under 16 years old are very limited due to scheduling needs and labor regulations. Availability and business needs will be key factors in hiring decisions.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile

• Create and maintain eye contact

• Speak enthusiastically

• Make emotional connections with guests

• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant

• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

• Work on their feet for several hours at a time

• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

• Other duties as assigned
