SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant – Germany / Fluent German Speaker

Are you experienced in SAP HCM and looking to help public sector and energy organisations transform their HR functions?

An established international technology and transformation consultancy is seeking an SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant to support clients with the optimisation, harmonisation and digital transformation of HR processes across Germany.

This role combines:

• SAP HCM and SuccessFactors

• HR transformation

• HR process optimisation and harmonisation

• Solution design and implementation

• Rollout management

• Client and project consulting

You will:

• Develop digital transformation strategies and solutions for complex HR challenges within the public sector and energy industry.

• Advise clients on the optimisation and harmonisation of HR processes.

• Analyse existing HR processes and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

• Support the design and implementation of HR solutions across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments.

• Contribute across the transformation lifecycle, including strategy, solution design, technical implementation and rollout management.

• Take ownership of individual project work packages and, depending on experience, coordinate subprojects.

• Work closely with clients, business stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Support the implementation and rollout of HR transformation solutions.

• Contribute to the development of innovative approaches to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors transformation.

• Help clients modernise their HR processes through effective use of SAP technologies.

You will bring:

• A successful university degree or equivalent qualification.

• Initial professional experience in consulting, industry or the public sector.

• Solid knowledge of current HR processes in at least one of the following areas:

  • Employee Experience Management

  • HR Core Functions

  • Talent Management

  • Workforce Planning and Analytics

• Practical application and/or implementation experience with SAP HCM modules such as:

  • Personnel Administration (PA)

  • Organisational Management (OM)

  • Personnel Planning (PA-PM)

  • Time Management (PT)

  • Personnel Recruitment (PB)

• An understanding of modern HR transformation and SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• The ability to understand complex HR requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional fluency in German.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel according to project requirements.
