Job Description:
HR Manager (3-6 Month FTC) £37,000-£40,777 Band 7 Starting ASAP
- Education role - secondary reporting into the HR Director
- The post-holder will provide a high-quality, consistent and professional HR Service ensuring that HR matters are managed effectively in line with the policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Low-level ER casework.
- Provide higher-level HR advice and guidance.
- Support Headteachers with following correct procedures.
- Ensure consistency in managing employee relations.
General HR
- Work with HR administrators to support yours and others work
- Work alongside HRBP and Director of People.
- The Role
- 3-6 month contract, covering sickness.
- ASAP start.
- Onsite working (some flexibility, but mostly onsite)
- CIPD Level 5 desirable (working towards Level 7 viewed positively). It is desirable that you have experience of schools and education and of supporting administration staff.
