Position Overview
As Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, you’ll own media execution and performance insight across a diverse portfolio of B2B clients. You’ll be responsible for developing this department, assessing current state and scoping new offerings. You’ll represent the department as related offerings are pitched to clients. Your team includes a media buyer and a reporting analyst and will be tasked with improving their ability to translate marketing data and results into clear stories and measurable growth. We are in the process of upskilling these resources to support marketing operations responsibilities (anchoring on HubSpot solutions), and this candidate will continue to develop the team members. You’ll also be responsible for managing project workloads for martech development partners.
What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-channel performance strategy (from demand generation to lead nurture).
- Work cross functionally with social team to ensure alignment and integrated measurements
- Develop, optimize, and scale paid programs that meet ROI and lead-quality targets.
- Oversee campaign measurement frameworks-guiding dashboard design, reporting cadence, and actionable insights.
- Partner with strategy, creative, and client teams to translate data into decisions.
- Build out marketing operations capabilities that enable clients to deploy trackable and measurable programs.
- Coach and grow a high-performing team grounded in curiosity, rigor, and accountability.
- Primary Goal: To help clients drive measurable ROI through data-driven marketing strategies aimed at client customer engagement, leads, and pipeline growth and ultimately conversions.
What You Bring:
- 6–8 years in digital or performance marketing (B2B preferred).
- Hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across major platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Strategically analytical and focused on campaign optimization to insure each dollar spent results in measurable business outcomes.
- Proven ability to synthesize data into insight and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing or mentoring small teams.
- Comfort with tools such as OpenAI, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and Looker/Tableau.
- Familiarity with martech and CRM tool (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) integration to deliver a consolidated view from visit to lead closure
