Description
Software development company seeks a Human Resources Specialist to provide operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process through developing job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and monitoring candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Support staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage operational guides and update information as necessary.
- Regularly address general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Administer and support the performance review process.
- Communicate with senior leadership and collaborate on system and process improvements.
- Maintain accuracy of internal data and manage human resources information systems.
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines effectively.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, professional attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
- Ability to innovate and think creatively.
- Understanding of standard HR practices and strategies.
- Strong computer and software skills and experience with HR platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Paycom, and Lattice.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in human resources, people and operations, or recruiting.
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
