Job Description:
The Sales Training - Specialist II is responsible for supporting learning experiences that increases key competency across the function and drives desired behavior changes. It is housed in the Sales Training team who is responsible for enhancing and executing training solutions that drive direct business impact across the Milwaukee Sales Organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Supports critical training programs and solutions for the Milwaukee Sales Organization, focused on product training, onboarding, and early career experiences
• Identify opportunities to improve existing training solutions.
• Facilitate and/or lead courseload of sales training, including New Hire Jump Start, Red Culture Weeks, and train-the-trainer events
• Represent Sales Training on key project teams
• Partner with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) across various functions to support the design and deployment of training solutions based on business needs • Partner with the T&D Shared Services to track and evaluate programs and courses
• Supports needs analyses for key audiences
• Supports learning plans and content in the Learning Management System 49

Collaboration & Interaction: Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions. Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial reports/analyzes for review by experienced team professionals.

Education and Experience Requirements
1. Level 2: Two (2) to five (5) years' experience in relevant work is optimal for success in the role (Training & Development, Sales, Marketing, Business, or relevant experience)
2. Proficient interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, attention to detail and conflict-resolution skills.
3. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
4. Experience using a content management system (i.e. CRM, Wrike, Learning Management System)
5.Advanced English
