Job Summary
The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing the sales team for residential/commercial real estate projects. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
•Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance
•Drive sales for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects
•Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
•Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients
•Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
•Oversee lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
•Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns, launches, and branding
•Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales support
•Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review
