Step into the future of data and AI as our Analytics & Data Governance Intern. In this Internal business-facing role, you’ll help our teams work smarter by bridging the gap between technical tools and everyday users. You will support projects, manage communications, and organize SharePoint content to be accessible, AI-powered knowledge resources. Key responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and maintain user-friendly SharePoint pages, FAQs, and process guides to simplify analytics tools for business users.
• Analytics Communications: Prepare updates, organize announcements, and manage communication calendars to ensure clear, timely delivery of information.
• Knowledge Management: Keep analytics resources accurate, well-structured, and easy to navigate so they align with current updates and support needs.
• End-User Support: Empower users by addressing common questions, routing technical escalations, identifying knowledge gaps, and reviewing analytics dashboards and support materials to ensure optimal usability, working links, and clear terminology.
• AI Integration: Organize and optimize content to power AI-enabled knowledge initiatives, including searchbots, Microsoft Copilot, and automated support processes.
• Project Coordination: Support daily operations by preparing meeting materials, tracking action items, updating project statuses, and keeping deliverables organized.

Qualifications

Position Summary

Location: Hybrid/Remote (Must be based in Spain)

Start Date: November 2026

Duration: 12 months preferable

Requirements & Eligibility

• Student Status (Mandatory): You must be currently enrolled in an official study program (University Degree, Master’s, or equivalent) and maintain active student status throughout the entire 12-month duration of the internship.
• Ineligibility: Graduates or candidates completing their studies before the end of the internship period cannot be considered.
• Residency: Must be legally based in Spain for the full duration of the program.

Education: Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.

Language: Advanced English proficiency required to effectively facilitate meetings, draft communications, and engage stakeholders.

Communication: Strong writing and organizational skills to successfully translate complex, technical information into clear, practical guidance.

Project Management: A basic understanding of project management concepts, such as tracking milestones and action items, is a plus.

Technical & Analytics Tools: Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams) to organize content and streamline processes. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik) is a bonus, but advanced data analysis is not required, as this role does not involve technical development.

AI Interest: Eager to learn how AI agents and Microsoft Copilot can enhance knowledge management and content creation.

Work Style: Proactive and collaborative team player who is also highly comfortable working independently.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
