Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Global Mobility Senior Specialist located in Tczew.

 

 

What a typical day looks like:

 

Tax Assistance and Shadow Payroll

• Collect any required data for tax return preparation e.g. assistance for shadow payroll, payslips, travel calendars, expense reports etc.
• Assist in oversight of frequent business travelers, maintaining calendars and adding to authorization lists.
• Provide vendors and HR/payroll groups with compensation data to handle global payroll calculations/reporting.
• Review and confirm the EMEA tax authorization list, prepare Cost Estimates for standard cases for all assignment types, knowledgeable of Flex Tax Equalization Policy.
• Serve as in-house EMEA tax representative that provides guidance on individual tax matters related to assignment or relocation tax compliance, accounting and optimization.
• Coordinate tax equalization settlements, payments and collections.

 

Immigration

• Ensure immigration compliance of travelling employees/new hires into and within EMEA.
• Prepare business visa invitation letters and company documents required for work permit applications.
• Main point of contact for immigration queries from travelling employees and managers. 

 

International Relocation

• Oversees relocation of new hires and transferring employees including international moves into and out of EMEA.
• Prepare relocation cost estimates, assignment letters and addendums.
• Coordinate with Asia and Americas counterparts on assignment and transfer deliverables.

 

Vendor Management

• Initiate and coordinate external immigration, relocation and tax vendors.
• Assist with billing process and proper billing allocation of mobility expenses, inform Finance about mobility costs accrual. Review and approve invoices.

 

 Data Management

• Maintains data and mobility cost in the global mobility database.
• Keeps employee mobility files up-to-date.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Completed degree in Economics/Business Management. Minimum 4 years experience in tax consultancy and/or in an international mobility department.
• Knowledge of immigration law and overall immigration processes in Europe.
• Proficient Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, a second foreign language is advantage.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset and team-oriented approach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and drive effective resolutions across diverse stakeholders.
• Open-minded, culturally aware, and eager to learn, grow, and collaborate in an international environment.
