Process Engineer

JOB DUTIES

This engineering position is for a Process Engineering owner for thinfilms.

Key responsibilities include sustaining and improving equipment and process related metrics. Additional responsibilities include continually improving processes, developing & transferring new processes into production, new tool start-ups, controlling film thicknesses and particle performance, setting up and maintaining specifications and other documentation, managing statistical process control charts, and analyzing and identifying process failure modes and integrating recommend changes.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of semiconductor processing methods and techniques, including PVD, CVD, ALD, or RTA.

Requires a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, or Physics.

What We Offer

Salary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $80,000-$108,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
