What You Will Do *

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software applications to address engineering and aftermarket business needs.

Build scalable, modular, and maintainable software solutions, contributing to both front-end user interfaces and back-end services, APIs, and databases.

Explore and develop AI/ML powered solutions, including intelligent automation, data-driven applications, and integration of AI capabilities into existing tools and workflows.

Contribute to software architecture and technical design, applying best practices in coding standards, design patterns, security, performance, and scalability.

Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions, working closely with engineering teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.

Take ownership of assigned development tasks, proactively troubleshoot issues, and deliver working solutions with limited day-to-day supervision.

Collaborate with experienced engineers and technical experts to validate solutions, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve software quality.

Develop technical documentation, automated tests, and reusable components to enable maintainability and reuse across projects.

What You Will Learn

Qualifications You Must Have *

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline, with graduation expected in 2027.

Strong programming fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and problem solving.

Working knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Basic understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, client-server architecture, and REST APIs.

Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, along with fundamental software engineering principles.

Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies independently, troubleshoot technical challenges, and apply logical thinking to solve problems.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to learning and taking ownership of assigned tasks.

Qualifications We Prefer

Hands-on experience building academic, personal, internship, or open-source projects involving full-stack development.

Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, and back-end frameworks such as Node.js, FastAPI, Django, or Spring Boot.

Exposure to AI/ML concepts, libraries, or frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or generative AI APIs.

Understanding of software architecture concepts, including modular design, design patterns, SOLID principles, and microservices.

Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools.

Exposure to cloud platforms, containers, or deployment technologies such as Azure, AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.

Experience integrating APIs, working with structured or unstructured data, or developing automation scripts.

A strong portfolio of projects demonstrating initiative, technical curiosity, practical implementation skills, and the ability to turn ideas into working solutions.
