Construction Estimator supporting large-scale US hyperscale data center campuses. Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design. Support client land acquisitions and deliver updated cost plans at design milestones. Review design changes and prepare estimates. Provide commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering exercises. Prepare cash commit forecasts and analyze labor markets. Requires bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction cost management.
