Summary | The Application Engineer – ServiceNow HRSD is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on platform enhancement, workflow automation, CI/CD lifecycle support, API integration, and enterprise adoption of HRSD capabilities. The engineer collaborates closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and operational goals. |
Responsibilities | ServiceNow HRSD Development & Support- Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows
- Design and implement HRSD catalog items, flows, forms, and case management solutions
- Develop and maintain Flow Designer solutions and automation capabilities
- Support end-to-end catalog development and deployment activities
- Perform enhancements, defect fixes, and platform optimization activities
Platform Engineering & Governance- Implement tools, standards, and processes to support a robust and scalable ServiceNow platform
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, application strategy, and business objectives
- Develop and document platform engineering standards and best practices
- Support governance and continuous improvement initiatives across ServiceNow environments
CI/CD & DevOps Support- Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) lifecycle management
- Utilize Azure DevOps for story tracking, deployment coordination, and release management
- Build and maintain deployment pipelines and automation processes
- Coordinate deployment activities across multiple product and engineering teams
Automated Testing & Integration- Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) solutions for HRSD processes
- Support API testing, deployment, and integrations with external systems
- Ensure reliability and quality of HRSD processes and ServiceNow platform integrations
- Troubleshoot integration and deployment issues across environments
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with multiple product teams, architects, and stakeholders
- Communicate new platform capabilities, updates, and process improvements to users
- Support enterprise adoption initiatives and user enablement activities
- Participate in solution discussions, requirement gathering, and technical planning sessions
