Job Summary
The QA Asst Manager is responsible for the following:
- Leads Quality Assurance and Quality Management team to comply with Quality requirement, ULP CRQS (Consumer Relevant Quality Standard), MIMS (Maersk Integrated Management System), relevant ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance to Global Standards)
- Develop and maintain an effective Good Warehousing and Housekeeping Practice to be implemented
- Ensures QA Service level Agreement is complied with and reviews agreement on a regular basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish Quality Plans, Quality goals, objectives and targets and monitor results
- Participate in monthly Operations review presentations with DC Operation Managers.
- Quarterly Review of process controls and techniques with DC QA teams and initiate changes as necessary.
- Meet with concerned parties to come up with corrective/preventive actions and continual improvement plans.
- Conduct periodic review on the effectiveness of Quality Plan.
- Review the overall performance of each QA staff annually by identifying the strong and weak points and establishes actions for improvement.
- Coach Operation personnel on different problem approaches, CAPA accomplishment and verification techniques.
- Assess needs and training requirements of the organization related to Quality Assurance.
- Effectively manage Principal and Regulatory audits.
- Spearhead Site tour with the Auditors and Audit Guides
- Ensure effective implementation of Internal Audit Procedure
